Much is known about Elias’ two eldest sons, Manuel and Honest, but how many of you knew the gardener had a third son? At ten years of age, Obey is the youngest of Sithole family, but by no means the least. He loves to play football (not of the American variation), and has become quite the street baller. He tears up the ally ways in his humble neighborhood, playing barefooted on gravel with a ball made of cloth.

Obey is also a tremendously smart kid, currently finishing up primary school. As Elias’ dream is to see ALL his children empowered by an education, Obey’s schooling is of course provided for by the Elias Fund. And much like his father, Obey is always smiling. We count ourselves lucky to be friends with such a wonderful boy, and it is an honor to be empowering him with hope and opportunity through a continued education.
