Zimbabwean dictator, Robert Mugabe, and opposition leaders Morgan Tsvangirai and Arthur Mutambara signed a memorandum of understanding on Monday, 21 July. Pictures were posted in the government run newspaper of Mugabe and Tsvangirai shaking hands after signing this ‘historic’ agreement.
