• Mission: The Elias Fund empowers local Zimbabwean communities through strategic partnership and resource allocation, providing hope and opportunity to Zimbabwe through the development of a vibrant social sector. We also engage the current youth culture of the United States, encouraging a positive identity centered on social justice.

• Model: Community is at the heart of the Elias Fund movement. We empower communities in the U.S to raise funds and awareness for communities in Zimbabwe. Through active and empowered communities we believe that hope and opportunity can overcome the ills of poverty.

• History: In 2005 brothers Eric and Scott Byington met Elias Sithole, a father raising his children in a struggling Zimbabwean community. With the fan-base of an independent band in support, Eric and Scott turned their relationship with Elias into the grassroots movement the Elias Fund is today.
